Squash Cornbread

 Another recipe Kay Smith gave me today. (6-17-25)



Ingredients:


1 Jiffy cornbread mix 

3 eggs 

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup oil

2 cups grated squash 

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1 chopped onion 


I melted 1/2 stick butter in my large iron skillet and baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
