Dark Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients: 
 3 six ounce packages of semi-sweet chocolate chips 
1 fourteen ounce can Eagle Brand Milk (sweetened condensed) 
dash of salt 
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 
1/2 cup chopped nuts 

 In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat and stir in salt and vanilla, then nuts. Spread in an 8 inch square pan lined with wax paper. Chill and cut
